PRODUCT APPEARANCE- improve your chunk integrity and pack appearance! The Nu-Pak uses ultrasonic level sensing to precisely control level of product in each fill station.Used in conjunction with our product infeed conveyor target feeding logic, results in very little product needed in the fill basin, for the right amount of product is fed more consistently into each fill station,minimizes product shearing and maximizing chunk size.EASE OF OPERATION- Machine does not require a full time operator. Sensors and controls do the work. No air is required to operate machine
WEIGHT CONTROL ADJUSTMENT - Easily adjustable while machine is running,an indicater scale for positioning correct weight setting. Optional electronic feed-back from check weigher can automatically adjust weight control setting using servo motors.
SENSORS- Ultrasonic sensor monitors amount of product in EVERY station, controlling the product feed conveyor to provide accurate fill weight and excellent yield. Other sensors used for missing cans, can supply and can exit back-up.
